KBML Policy Statements & Guidelines

At the request of the Legislative Research Commission’s Administrative Regulation Review Sub-Committee, the Board is withdrawing its Guidelines and Policy Statements.  The Board is currently reviewing these documents and will re-issue them as opinions in accordance with KRS 311.602 at a later date.
